Be Grateful
Complaining and being ungrateful for what we have or dont get can sometimes damage the human brain. What that does to us is condition us to not conform in a bad way and make other feel bad or hurt feelings sometimes unintentionally. We have to learn the difference from conforming to look for something bigger and better but in a good way, for example education don't always choose the easy classes or the easy ways always challenge yourself to do better set goals to get you to motivation. Being grateful for what we have and who we have can be the start to happiness, we may not have what we want in life, but we always have to learn to appreciate, and if you dont like something then change it if you think you can do better then go for it, but always appreciating what you have. If your grades are not good enough for college dont drop out get help do extra work and learn from your mistakes dropping out wont get you to a better college. Learn how to say Thank You!

I will apply this new way by always thanking my mom for what she has done for me instead of complaining for what she hasn't, and start growing my business instead of letting her worry about everything and stressing out.

Be Smart
Sometimes many of the decisions we make affect our life in a bad way, because we dont choose wisely. Sometimes we have to learn how to learn how to look at things from a different point of view or different angles in order for us to be able to see the good in our lives the benefits of our choices and how important it is to be conscious aware of when everything when you are making a choice that can affect a big part of your life. learn how to think as if in yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or loose. For example dont try to go for what looks better or costs more remember its not the outside that counts it is the inside that is more valuable it is what is going to take you up high. Always think in a cold mind you will make decision better. Before you take a decision make sure to think of the consequences as well. Dont underestimate yourself because sometimes you are smarter than what you think.

Be Involved in Good Works
when people are involved in the wrong actions sometimes our lives can be a bit more depressing or sad sometimes the result of our action are bad and it is because sometimes our low self esteem encourages the brain to make bad choices and take bad acts which will obviously result in bad consequences. some parents encourage their kids to believe or get closer to god but they are not setting the example some of us need. For example parents will always command for the child to do so but some parents never really show how to do it, or when they try saying that god is watching over you, when the parent never takes them to church or guides them to a god. You cant try to help someone if you haven't helped yourself you need to learn how to love yourself before you can love others. For example sometimes trying to do good deeds like give to the less fortunate and say you are grateful because you did a good deed but in reality you were pressured to do so. It has to naturally grow from you, you cant just force or be force to do a good deed maybe set an example or show the meaning or why even good deeds are important maybe then their perspective will change.

I will apply this by helping those who are in needed maybe even volunteering to help in a place for homeless.
Be Clean
While having messy and cluttered area had many downsides and negative energy. while having a clean and tidy area or environment in which you are involve brings upsides and more positive energy. Sometimes we may feel bad vibes or a bad feeling or just feel moody while at home and most of the time it is caused because of how organized is the area. To keep our home clean also helps us stay more fresh and keep the home more fresh and order free. Sometimes siblings relatives or just friends share a room or house fight over who does what in the house and who dirty what. It shouldn't be like that because it is the environment in where you live and you should to keep clean. Not only at home but also in the street our environment is full of pollution and littering and it is sad to see that not only are we contaminating our environment but we are also contaminating the animals environment which has lead to many animal extinctions. Next time you think about throwing your trash on the floor think about an animal's live taken away because you weren't responsible enough to pick it up. It also makes you feel good to know you are taking action into making a change and you are helping dont just stay and watch to see how far it gets. make a change organize your plans stay clean and fresh help recycle and save animals. Having a positive environment helps bring in positive energy. Stay clean go green live in green.

I will apply this by helping my community if i see trash in the floor in school or streets i will pick it up i will stay as organized as possible at home and school
Be True
Being true is not a one time event. It is a constant decision you make everyday , or every minute hour moment in life. Sometimes you make good decisions. Sometimes you learn. Sometimes you are true to yourself. Sometimes you betray yourself. At times we may not even know who are we or how to be ourselves because we hide our inner selves. you have to learn how to be confident about yourselfs and stop lying to ourselves because we assume thing that might not be true you over think or you are insecure. But in order to be honest and true to someone else you have to learn how to be true to yourself meaning lying, pretending, or staying quiet doesn't make up your identity. what really makes up your identity is when you feel good about yourself. When you are comfortable in your own skin. When you dont have to think hard to act a part. Not trying to impress anyone. Making confident decisions. all of this makes up your identity and who you really are.

Be Positive
What better way to be happy and have positive results than having a positive attitude. When you want to succeed in life you wont go ahead and do so with a negative mind. Negativity will lead to the opposite of happiness. You have to be willing to change your inner mind to have a positive outcome. Not only does it benefit your life and wealth but it also benefits your health. In a study of nuns those that regularly expressed positive emotions lived on average 10 years longer. Having a positive or negative mind can affect your life critically. It all depends on how you look at it and how you act. Having a positive mind can bring in positive vibes and energy into your home, your marriage will be a 100% better and you will be able to make better decisions. Sometimes people just dont know how to change their negative energy and it is not a bad thing because you cannot automatically determine one thing but do another. To be positive means to always see the good side in every bad situation, do daily exercise to get all the bad vibes out of your body, and that have goals to achieve.

I will apply this to my daily life by always thinking positively. Thinking of the good and not the bad. I will surround myself with positive minds instead of negative energy and i will exercise and do as much as i can to stay positive.
Be Humble
Being humble doesn't mean being weak or doing something to impress others. To be humble means to be connected with the inside you the one who is always caring always loving and that can contribute happiness into your life and make you feel better about yourself. Being humble doesn't always mean giving yeah you can help by giving a smile or smiling to someone greeting people to make them feel better and important. knowing who you truly are and where you come from gives you a sense of humility and puts you in a place where you begin to understand others and their love or passion for something. You begin to look a things from a different point of view, a different angle, or a different perspective. To be humble is to give a hand to the needed to someone who is crossing the street with kids and they need help holding them also when you see them down be there for them to always help. Remember the more you giver the more you receive, but as long as it comes from the heart and out of yourself with no one making you.

I will apply this to my daily life by helping those who are in need to try and make it not hurt when i have to give something up. and always think of others before me. I will also help my family more and try and get a job to be able to help pay something.
Be Still
Being still is actually very helpful to our minds and bodies because so much motion can create anxiety stress or hyperactiveness. As said in the verse Psalm 46:10 "Be still and Know that I am God" Sometimes we are in such need of something, that at the end we end up giving up. For example a person who is addicted to drugs and they are trying to get cleaned up but can't resist temptation. Those are the moments where we are in need to be still because when you are closer to giving up you were the closest to your goal. We need to have a downbreak to have an uphill. We need to know what's wrong to do the right and most importantly we need to go through the hard moments to know how to overcome them professionally. It is all in the head weather it is what you need or what you dont you make you decisions but yet they can affect others or the ones around you. Know when and how to act. Be still meditate do a count down and you savior will do the rest dont expect the unexpected, because what you most expect can least happen. But when when you least expected it could happen.

I will apply this to my daily life by being peaceful and staying calm. Maybe meditate or do yoga. When i am mad countdown or avoid the situation before i do anything that i will regret after. Also in a bad situation instead of panicing or anything like that i will look for a solution.
Be Prayerful
I will continue to go to church because i find that to make me feel positive secure involved in good works and that is the best way to make yourself happy to be involved in areas that make you feel happy the good kind of happy. I will also be more organize as i noticed that organization is the number one thing that can make your moods contradict or change.I use to think your happiness will come to you when it is the right time but as i reflect on these nine ways of how to make your life happy i will definitely perform them because who wouldn't want a happy life. I now know what can i do to help myself or others when i am down or they are down.

At railroad grade crossing, sign of warning were once common. Two cross arms were emblazoned with the words, "Stop, Look, Listen." They meant that a train could be roaring down the tracks and you had better be alert.
I was riding a train in the Midwest years ago. I looked out the window to my left. A road run parallel to the tracks. A car with a boy and a girl was speeding down down the road a little faster than the train. The car moved ahead until i could no longer see it. Suddenly, the locomotive whistle sounded and the train screeched to a halt as the brakes gripped the wheels. We looked out the window on the other side. There was a mangled car. Police car soon converged followed by the ambulance. The boy and girl were both dead. The road they were traveling crossed the tracks. They did not stop,look, or listen. It all happened in a instant.
The better way to Be is the way of these nine Be's.
