My Personal Improvement
Its not much about being better or being good as others say, It is more about changing the way in which i was doing things. Before i wouldn't care towards making a decision I would just go ahead straightforward to get it over with. i now look at it from different angles the benefit and consequences. i am not saying to overthink it but i am suggesting to think before you act even if it is gossip you can see yourself involved by just telling a friend. A good meal is and will always be the key to your moods. I personally before would eat so much junk food and would always feel lazy and drowsy. By changing the way in how you eat it may help you feel lighter and healthier not only that but it would be helping your body stay healthy and have the energy it needs to fulfill your day. Also another big tip is drinking water. Drinking water may help you stay cool and keeping your on track , it has been said that teens today do poorly when are in a area where exposed to high temperature.Also most importantly is the way in which you think. Sometimes we think of the cup half way empty instead of it half full. Having a positive mind will help you make positive decisions and feel better. In self esteem, people are always doubtful of their decisions because of their looks which was one of my problems
