My Personal Improvement  Its not much about being better or being good as others say, It is more about changing the  way in which i was doing things. Before i wouldn't care towards making a decision I would just go ahead straightforward to get it over with. i now look at it from different angles the benefit and consequences. i am not saying to overthink it but i am suggesting to think before you act even if it is gossip you can see yourself involved by just telling a friend. A good meal is and will always be the key to your moods. I personally before would eat so much junk food and would always feel lazy and drowsy. By changing the way in how you eat it may help you feel lighter and healthier not only that but it would be helping your body stay healthy and have the energy it needs to fulfill your day. A Day without Water in Sacramento California The US Water Alliance is launched an awareness campaign on September 15, 2016 called, "Imagine a day without water." The main reason of the campaign was to encourage Americans to Understand the importance of water. Especially in light of the drought  in the west and water crisis in Flint Michigan . I strongly believe that more campaigns like these should be done because some people are not aware of what is going on in the outside real world and are comfortable knowing that they have enough water at home, but that is because they have never thought about being without water is not something you just wake up to think to. Although it should not only will we be more considerate about the water but we will try and save water. WHo knows what can happen, and we can stay without water or the water can result contaminated. In many parts of the world there have been stories similar to this one about their water being contaminated.

My Busy Weekend This weekend i will be going to Reno Nevada for a business convention, but i am really stressed out because i leave on thursday night and won't be attending school on friday. What i am stressing out about is that my senior contract starts on that same day and i dont want to be removed from any senior activities. i've been thinking about it all day and i can't stress out anymore my hair has been falling out so much and my nails are not growing anymore. This school year has been stressing so far and we are still not even halfway of the half way there. I didn't try my best these past three years and i know i can't just make it up by doing good this year but i certainly have a positive mind that any chance i have i will take it regardless. I Don't think someone my age should be going through so much stress, i know other students are stressed out about what colleges they want to go to or can't decided which one to go to in the other hand there...
